Sarah Caughill

Sarah is our Senior Data Quality Manager, overseeing the reporting of data across our funds and committees, ensuring that information is accurate and timely and providing the necessary level of robustness in loan and grant decision-making.  

Prior to joining SIB in 2023, Sarah worked as Claims Portfolio Manager for a large co-operative insurance company in Canada, combining descriptive analytics with qualitative insights to clearly articulate the claims portfolio strategy and performance. In her 20+ years with that organisation, she held leadership roles in call centres, process analysis, underwriting and claims.
