Elisha studied Politics and International Relations and graduated from the University of Kent in 2019. Prior to joining SIB, Elisha has worked in the adult social care sector working in care homes and assisting people in their own homes. She has also worked in the legal sector assisting with the research and preparation of labour market assessments.
