Rob Sherrington

Rob joined SIB in April 2025, bringing with him over 17 years of experience across the public and private sectors in quality assurance, risk, and compliance management. His career began in the emergency services, before moving into senior leadership roles where he developed and lead global teams.

Prior to joining SIB, Rob was part of the senior management team at a clinical research organisation, where he directed international quality assurance, risk, and compliance functions and oversaw the ISO 9001 internal audit programme. As a certified ISO 9001 internal auditor, Rob combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership in embedding effective quality and compliance frameworks, driving organisational excellence.

Rob leads on the quality management system for SIB (ISO 9001) establishing the internal audit program, facilitating external audits and promoting continual improvement. Rob is responsible for ensuring compliance to internal and external requirements as well as risk management across the organisation.
