Whether it is listening to what our customers need or treating colleagues with respect, people are at the heart of everything we do. So to help us get your feedback we’ve set up a Customer Panel.
We’ve launched this Panel because we know we need to get more feedback from the organisations we support. We hope we can get more feedback this way and delve deeper into the issues than any online survey would be able to.
What do we want from the Panel? Well, we’d like your insight, challenge, views and feedback on what we do. We may be asking for your opinion on new funds or products we’re trying to develop or your thoughts on the best kinds of support and advice.
We recognise that anyone joining this Panel will need to give up their time so we want to be really clear about what you need to do and what we will offer.
We’re looking for ten people to join the Panel and meet three times a year at different locations around the country. We will pay Panel members £300 per day plus travel expenses to support them in attending and participating.
You will need to be a trustee or employee of a social sector organisation - such as a charity, community interest company or community benefit society - operating in England and have the permission of your Chief Executive/Director to participate.

We will be conducting interviews during the week commencing 4 September 2017 and will contact you by 15 August 2017 to let you know whether you have been shortlisted.
