Whether it is listening to what our customers need or treating colleagues with respect, people are at the heart of everything we do. For this reason, we have set up a Customer Panel to help us get feedback on what we do and how we do it.
Earlier this year we recruited the first members of our Customer Panel. After an open application process we have now invited ten people to join the panel.
Thank you to everyone that expressed an interest in joining the panel. We are extremely grateful to everyone who contacted us.
The first meeting will be in November and we look forward to getting started. We will be sharing information about the panel and it’s work in our newsletter and our blog so watch this space.
