Helping you to deliver a local service or save a local building to benefit the community

Are you thinking of running a local service or taking over the management of a local building or land of community value? We have a range of grants available to help you with the process of taking over a service or an asset.

You can apply for these grants at any point during the year. Capital grants are only available till 26 June 2014.

Pre-feasibility grants: Up to 10,000 to help you through the early stages. Deadline midday Friday 31 October 2014.

Feasibility grants: Up to 100,000 to help you prepare to take over the asset or service. These grants are no longer available, the deadline was Tuesday 30 September 2014.

Capital grants: Grants between 100,000 and 500,000 to buy or refurbish a community asset. No longer available, deadline was Thursday 26 June 2014.

Please note, due to the high number of applications it may take slightly longer than the stated time to hear back from us. However, we will be working hard to get a response over as soon as possible.
